1. APPLICATION

Your home loan process starts with an online application. Once we receive your application, our team will review it and call you to go over the application and any questions we may have.

2. PRE-APPROVAL

Our loan originators compile the information needed based on your application. We work to determine debt to income ratios, and what the best loan program may be for your situation.

3. PROCESSING

The home loan application is handed over to our team of processors to gather any additional information that may be required in order for us to prepare your loan for underwriting.

4. UNDERWRITING

Our lenders go through the application and all supporting documentation. Once they are done with their review, they give a clear to close. The package is given to the title company.

5. CLOSING

During closing, you will sit down at the title company, often times with the seller, to transfer ownership of the property and sign all of the paperwork for the loan. Congratulations!
